| A: T/T 30% in advance and TT 70% balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% irrevocable LC at sight. |

| A: 1 year or 1000 running hours for generator set. For genset with POWER HF alternator, we provide 2 years/2000 hours warranty for alternator. If you need longer warranty for special project, you can contact us for details. |
