1.How to control quality?
Each of our gensets or parts must be pass 100% inspection and testing, ensure each diesel generator set in good working condition upon arrival and installation.
2.How to ensure your product quality?
(1)High-class raw material sources and super manufacturing process.
(2) 100% online inspection and random inspection before delivery.
(3)Third party inspection is acceptable.
3.What's your MOQ?
1 unit, if the quantity is big, we will give the better price.
4.Is Your products the lowest price?
Power HF take the quality into consideration prior. The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.
5.If the goods in transit damage, how to do?
First of all, we will use stable packing, the possibility of the goods damaged during the shipping is low. If the goods is damaged during shipping and we covered the insurance, we will claim the insurance company and let them cover the loss. If there is no insurance cover, we will claim the shipping company and some times, we cover the loss of the goods for client.
